Akershus Royal Banquet Hall at Epcot (Dining at Walt Disney World)

Breakfast is served family style at Akershus Royal Banquet Hall.

Akershus Royal Banquet Hall, part of the Norway Pavilion in Epcot’s World Showcase, is one of two places inWDW where your little princess can dine with Disney Princesses.  Each table gets one free picture with Belle, which is a nice perk. The princesses we saw that day were Belle, Snow White, Sleeping Beauty,  Ariel (Little Mermaid) and Cinderella.  Cinderella was a surprise for us because we thought she could only be seen in her castle. For those on the dining plan, the meal is only one sit-down meal credit. (Cinderella’s Royal Table in the Magic Kingdom is two.)

Breakfast is served family style and each table is served  eggs, bacon, sausage and a potato dish.

Pecans and almonds were available at the buffet. Speak to the chef if you're worries about cross contamination.

In addition to the family breakfast brought by the wait staff, there is also a buffet.  Because it is in the Norway Pavilion, it offers traditional Norwegian food, including  fish and cheese. Fruit (not pictured), including strawberries, were also available. Breads and pastries (cross contaminated with nuts) were offered as well.

The buffet offered traditional Norwegian fish and cheese.

It is important to note that pecans and almonds were at the buffet, offered as toppings for the yogurt.  Jess is allergic to peanuts only, not tree nuts, so we were not concerned with the nuts at the buffet.  Speak with the chef if you are.
